1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging the services of Aimlead, including but not limited to Business Coaching for MSME Owners, Sales Training, Tele Sales Training, Lead Generation Services, Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

All services are provided strictly on a professional, advisory, and best-effort basis without any representation, warranty, or guarantee of specific financial results, revenue growth, profitability, lead conversion, return on investment, campaign performance, or business outcomes.

Results depend on numerous factors beyond Aimlead’s control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, client execution, pricing strategy, operational efficiency, audience behavior, regulatory changes, and third-party platform algorithms.

3. Fees & Payments

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable once services commence. Advertising budgets are separate from professional service charges.

Aimlead reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of delayed payments, non-cooperation, misrepresentation, unethical conduct, or breach of obligations.

4. Lead Generation Disclaimer

Leads delivered constitute potential marketing opportunities based on mutually agreed targeting parameters and shall not be construed as confirmed buyers or guaranteed sales. Aimlead shall not be held liable for conversion rates or revenue realization.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aimlead shall not be liable for ad account suspensions, platform restrictions, algorithm changes, policy updates, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aimlead’s total aggregate liability shall be limited strictly to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate and lawful information, comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies, implement strategies responsibly, and indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aimlead against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, or legal costs arising from misuse of services or regulatory violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, frameworks, systems, scripts, methodologies, strategic models, and proprietary content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aimlead and may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, disclosed, or resold without prior written authorization.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and governed by the laws of India.
